ヒカルの未熟な碁を見た加賀のセリフ。

You've got to be better than this.
お前の実力はこんなもんじゃないだろ？

have got to ねぇ。
学校で習った覚えはあるけど……なんだっけ？？？

have got to ～をデュアルスコープで調べると、「＜口語＞でhave to ～と同様に使われることがある」と書かれていた。
ネクステも同じで、「have to ～と同意で『～しなければならない』の意味」だと記載あり。

ただ、そうなるとこの文は
あなたはこれよりも上手でなくてはならない
となって、原作のセリフを考えるとなんかしっくりこないような……？

もう参考書2冊で同じ解説を読んだからあまり意味はないかなーと思いつつ、英語の構文150もチェックしてみたら、上記の意味の他に「"have to不定詞（have got to不定詞）" には、must と同じように『～に違いない』という推測の意味もある」と書かれているのを発見。
加賀は、ヒカルの実力はもっと上だと思ってるんだもんね。こっちの意味じゃなかろうか？
