があるけど、ここでは置いといて。

ヒカルが阿古田さんにジュースを吹きかけたことを弁解するセリフから。

I couldn't help it! You switched wigs on me!
だって前のと全然違うんだもんな

cannot help 〜ing で「〜せずにはいられない」だから、ここでのit は笑ってジュースを吹き出したことを指して、I couldn't help it! は「笑わずにはいられなかったんだ」「どうしようもなかったんだ」って感じ？

続いて、You switched wigs は当然、阿古田さんがカツラを変えたことだろうからここまではいいとして……

on me ってなんだ！？！？

前置詞on の基本イメージは「接触」。
でもカツラが接触してるのは阿古田さんの方でしょ？
switch やwig にon と組み合わせた用法があるのかもと思って調べたけどたぶん違う。

で、ジーニアスでon の項目をずーっと見ていたら、コレかも？というのを発見。

前置詞の用法で「＜人＞に損害［迷惑］をかけて」。
The woman hung up on me.　その女性は一方的に電話を切った。
She shut the door on me.　彼女は私の鼻先でバタンとドアを閉めた。
It rained on me.　私は雨に降られた。

つまりヒカルにとっては、阿古田さんのカツラが面白すぎて笑わずにはいられないという、降りかかってきた災難のイメージか？
