the Divine Move　（Vol.1 GAME1: Descent of the Go Master より）

まずは佐為のセリフに出てくるあの言葉から。

I have yet to play "the Divine Move."
なぜなら私はまだ……神の一手を極めていない

"the Divine Move" が神の一手に相当する語句だろうから、おそらくDivine が「神の」、Move が「一手」と推測。
move は名詞で「動き」という意味があるけど、碁石を打つときの手の動きからmove が「一手」？
ジーニアス英和辞典を引くと、チェスで「こまを動かすこと」「手番」「（こまの）動かし方」と書いてあったから、上記の考え方でまあOKか。

divine は初めて見た単語だなー。
きっと日常会話ではあまり使わない、覚える必要のない単語なんだろうと思いきや、シス単にばっちり載ってた(￣▽￣)
「神聖なる」「神による」という意味で、the divine right of kings「神聖なる王の権利」などと使うらしい。
オックスフォード英英辞典-OPEDによると、divine の意味は"connected with God of a god"
"God" と"god" を区別する感覚、何年経ってもピンとこないわ。
